Clear guidelines for your sessions

On this page you’ll find the studio house rules and information about bookings and payments.

1. Sessions and Packages:

– All sessions and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

– Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

– Intro packages are for new clients only (1 purchase per client) and valid for 30 days from the purchase date. Single sessions are valid for 7 days from the purchase date. 5-sessions pack is valid for 2 calendar months and 10-sessions pack for 3 calendar months from purchase date.

– Classes with less than 3 participants will be shortened: 2 participants 45-minute duet session and 1 participant 30-minute private session.

2. Payments:

– Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash.

– Payment is due before the session.

3. Cancellations:

– Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice: late cancellation will result in loss of session payment. This applies for group classes and 1-2-1/duet sessions.

– Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be considered late and are subject to the full session fee.

– If you do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be considered a  “no-show” and is subject to the full session fee.

– If you arrive late, the instructor will do their best to accommodate your remaining session time (1-2-1/duets), but will finish at the scheduled time. If you are more than 5 minutes late for a group class the instructor reserves the right to refuse entry.

– If the studio cancels (or reschedules) your class, a full refund for the session will be credited back to your package (if you are unable to attend the new time).

– All cancellations must be made in writing by email or WhatsApp at least 24-hrs prior to the session/class. There are no exceptions, so please do not contact the studio with refund requests.

This cancellations policy ensures that we can effectively manage our schedule and offer available slots to other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

4. Studio Etiquette:

– Please arrive on time for sessions to ensure a full workout (sessions will finish on time), but no more than 5 minutes early due to limited space in the studio.

– Respect the instructor and fellow participants.

– Please cancel by email or WhatsApp if you are unable to attend a session. No-shows will incur full payment of the session and may affect future bookings.

– Wear (sticky) socks and form fitting comfortable clothes without zippers that can damage the equipment.

5. Health and Safety:

– Fill out the PARQ form and inform the studio of any health concerns and/or injuries before participating.

– Follow safety guidelines provided by the instructor.

– Better Moves Pilates is not responsible for any injuries sustained during sessions.

6. Studio Policies:

– The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

7. Refunds:

– All single sessions and packages are non-refundable.

– Packages may be paused due to medical advice or unexpected circumstances, however, this will be at the discretion of the studio. Please apply in writing with you medical advice or other relevant documentation.

8. Privacy Policy:

– Better Moves Pilates respects your privacy; personal information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Changes to Terms:

– Better Moves Pilates reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. If you have any question or concerns, please contact us.
