I have taught movement since the mid 80’s and still learn more about how amazing the body is: its self healing powers and adaptability to the demands that are placed on it. Many injuries can be healed or made more manageable and new physical skills can be learnt no matter your age or fitness level. I want people to feel comfortable in their own skins and help them move better by making them more mindful of their movement patterns and posture.
